How Vault access works

What we ask for

First name, work email and company. We use them to issue your personal access key and to keep a record of who can use the Vault.

Access and marketing are separate

Vault access is free and never depends on agreeing to marketing email. The access form has one optional box for hearing about new Briefs and releases. If you leave it unticked, you get the same access.

The email that carries your private key is transactional. It isn't a marketing message.

Your key

Your key is a random value issued to you alone. It doesn't contain your name, email or any account number. Keep it to yourself. You can request a new one from the access form at any time.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in to the Vault. Signing out removes it.

Who receives your details

The Vault is presented by Restoration Rocket. Your submission is recorded in its customer records so that access and follow-up requests can be handled. We don't sell your details.

This page describes Phase One behaviour and will be replaced by the final privacy policy before public launch.
